You can download the win32 PHP binaries from www.php.net. I know it works because I've got it running on my win2k box. But I'm also running Apache so I don't know if it will work with PWS. I'd be interested in knowing.
If it doesn't work with PWS, why not just install Apache? It's free and much, much more secure than PWS.
