[PHP] run a fuction at each intervals

Hi..

If I want to run a function at each intervals, what function I can use ??

<for example>

  I try to display  " Time is Up "  each five-minute.


                 "  Time is up   "

                   after five-minute..

                 " Time is up "

                    after five-minute..

                  " Time is up "

                       ...
