Only you know what you need, your background and skill level. Rather than
listing every possible resource here, do a search on google for PHP
tutorial. Having said that Juli Meloni has some excellent tutorial material
at http://www.thickbook.com
There is also material at Zend, PHPBuilder, Devshed, etc.
Remember always that your primary resource is the manual. The online
version is always current and contains useful comments from users.
There is a wealth of material, including the archives of this list which
you can reach through php.net.
