$str_attend_save = implode('|', $attend_ary_save);
<? echo '<input type="hidden" name="str_attend_save" value=' .
$str_attend_save .'>'; ?>
On your action page, you do this:
$attend_ary_save = explode('|', $_POST['str_attend_save']);
