[PHP] handling multipart form-data

DOCUMENTATION> php://input is not available with 
enctype="multipart/form-data".

What I should do if I really need to get multipart data? I want to 
implement my own form-data parser with PHP5. Can I at least turn off the 
PHP's one to be able to use php://input with multipart?
