I'm having problems installing PEAR. When running the go-pear.php installer (version 0.2.2), I get the following message after submitting the form on the 'Configuration' page...
Error Downloading package: Pager............ download of http://pear.php.net/get/Pager failed: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
