Before I post a more thorough thread in the correct area I just wanted to find out if this was achievable and what tools I'd need. Basically: I would like to drop a system tray icon onto the user's PC that links them to a website. I'd also like to develop a separate one that flashes when a page is changed. How difficult would this be to do...? Would it mean using VB, could I use something less expensive perhaps or is it just not possible at all...?
