[PHP] file upload

I'm having a problem with file upload.

I have "<INPUT NAME="arqcliente" TYPE="file">" in the HTML file. The
action of the form is "upload.php",

and in the upload.php3 I have this line "<INPUT NAME="arqcliente"
TYPE="file">
