Yes, it appears to be looking for "/var/www/html/<".
Going back to your original post, this line is where your problem is:
<http://158.114.148.90/<? echo $sys_graphics .> " alt="Keystone 2" />
I'm not even sure that's remotely valid PHP or HTML.
What's it supposed to do?
