I am trying to come up with a little speech to use when talking to potential clients to make a case for using PHP over over languages, such as perl, ColdFusion, ASP, etc. I have been looking on the web, but I would also love to hear from you guys. How would you make a case for using PHP? Also, clients always seem to want to hear a couple of "cons", just so they know you aren't just blowing smoke - what do you guys think are some limitations of PHP?
