I'm looking for a way to produce a graphical walk of my web site (ie following
the links around). Does anybody know anything free I can use to do this? I
also have an area that you login to, which then stores a session ID value, so
how would I get over that element?!
Answer follows:
If you are trying to simulate the effects of a user browsing through your site - check out the jakarta jmeter. If you also want to play this back 'graphically' you need a very expensive software if you are on windows but you can use the recorder if you are on a linux desktop.
(in this case you don't need jmeter).
you might want to leave this out from newsgroup/message board postings.
