1. I looked at Yahoo! and bCentral, they both charge monthly fees for using their E-Commerce Tools. Why? I thought it should be a one time thing? Or are they not providing code, just letting us use the code via Explorer and Frontpage? 2. If I were to look for a website hoster, any recommendations?
