I'm sure and I'm sure it works on the Linux box where my pages is placed.
This is not a question of writing a fuctional code, but writing correct
code! In my perspective that means platform independent!
(btw: the problem occure i my update script:
 if (date("M",filemtime($_SERVER['PATH_TRANSLATED']))=="Jan") {......}
)
