[PHP] CGI and PHP

Hi,

I have this line in my shtml pages...

<!--#exec cgi=\"../../cgi-bin/ads.cgi" -->

How do I write this as a function to include in my .php files.

(I've looked up virtual () in the manual but can't make head nor tail
of it).
