[PHP] Forms!

I know this isn't the right place to ask this question, but...

Anybody know how i can make/find a wysiwy (what you see is what you get) online html 
editor (like the one Hotmail has!) ...

I'm gonna use it in a newsgroup (which supports rich text)!

Any tips anyone?
