    Hi,
    Apologies for reporting a presumed issue here, but I find it most
    unclear how issues are currently tracked.
    https://github.com/php-fig/fig-standards/blob/master/README.md
    <https://github.com/php-fig/fig-standards/blob/master/README.md> contains:

        Issues filed in GitHub are rarely monitored, and PRs are
        likely to be missed unless a message is sent to the mailing
        list regarding them.

    However, the following thread shows that GitHub's issue tracker
    was disabled years ago:

https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/php-fig/ticket|sort:date/php-fig/T-DWJxlWJBk/To7OwAJrBAAJ

<https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/php-fig/ticket%7Csort:date/php-fig/T-DWJxlWJBk/To7OwAJrBAAJ>

    Can someone update the README indicating where to search for
    reports, for example in PSR-19?

I am sorry to do nothing but to repeat the question, but that is the best I can do as I still don't know how issues are tracked now. Would someone please update the README?

As this persists, although I haven't been here for very long, I chose to announce my departure: http://www.philippecloutier.com/blogpost127-Leaving-the-PHP-Framework-Interoperability-Group

I am still using this opportunity to Cc Michael Cullum, who was visibly involved in disabling the GitHub issue tracker, hoping a list of steps taken to update the documentation can be obtained.

Sorry and best luck,

Philippe Cloutier
