You continue to send more emails on a topic not relevant for this forum, even after being told it is not relevant. This moves from being incorrect behavior to being unwelcome behavior.
Repeated, unwelcome emails are spam. Developers that are interested in libraries **know how to search for libraries**. So your own argument for sending these emails is not convincing.
