group. PSR-17 already passed an entrance vote under the FIG 2.0
by-laws, but with FIG 3.0, now needs a working group in order to
proceed.
The proposed working group is the same as for PSR-15:

Eggleton, Oscar Otero
If there are no objections after 2 weeks, I will open an entrance vote
for the working group.
