From: zerox at singnet dot com dot sg
Operating system: Windows XP SP2
PHP version: 5.1.6
PHP Bug Type: Apache2 related
Bug description: Crashes Apache2 Web Server 2.0.59

Description:
------------
Attempt to load php_tidy.dll extension on my current PHP 5 installation on
the Windows box. Loading the Apache2 server works fine, however attempts to
restart Apache2 processes or accessing a PHP page will result to a crash.

I do not have libtidy.dll installed but I couldn't find the right version
for win32 build at http://tidy.sourceforge.net/. Did try to look at the
win32 builds by other 3rd parties, and copied tidy.dll (notice not
libtidy.dll) into the PHP5 folder.

However, this was purely voluntarily installed as start my Apache2
installation did not complained about not having installed libtidy.dll
when I enabled php_tidy.dll in my installation.

Please help... thanks.
