I can't seem to get valgrind compiled on my system: /usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/lib/gcc-lib/x86_64-linux/3.3.5/./libgcc.a when searching for -lgcc /usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/lib/gcc-lib/x86_64-linux/3.3.5/libgcc.a when searching for -lgcc Is there another way to find out what the problem is? I just recompiled php 5.1.1 with the exact same configure options, only I added --enable-debug to start making a backtrace.
