What do i do with these *.pdb files?

If you'd install the latest CVS snapshot and the debug symbols, you'd
propably get a bit better backtrace:

I forgot i was running mysql 4.1.15:)
The backtrace from php 5.1.2-dev and mysql 5.0.16:
