Bug description:  @echo not working

One cannot use '@' to hide warnings inside 'echo'.

Example: 
[marcus@zaphod php-HEAD]$ php -r '@echo "<$x>";'
Command line code(1) : Parse error - parse error, unexpected T_ECHO
