I got it to work when I installed Expat-1.95.5, and some "I-don't-know-where-it-comes-from" sablot.dll that weighs 224ko and is dated 19 nov 2002. All other dlls come from latest distro of full sablot package (sablot-0.97, lib-iconv1.8). The sablot.dll from that distro never worked ...
