Description: ------------ It would be useful to have a format similar to IntlDateFormatter::SHORT, that has 4 digit years. I know that you can specify a custom format, but that loses the usefulness of have locale specific formats. Eg for En_US the Short format is m/d/y with a 2 digit year.
