Sorry. It really was a configuration problem: I need to set directive
cgi.force_redirect = 0.

Description:
------------
I've installed PHP 5 RC1 on a Windows NT SP6 machine. When running PHP as
ISAPI, everthing works perfectly. But when using PHP as CGI, any request causes
an HTTP Error 400 (Bad Request).
I've read the documentation and could not find anything wrong in IIS e PHP
configuration.
