Description: ------------ The bottom navigation bar (manualnavbar_bottom) only appears when there are comments for the document page. For example, the Memcache::close page currently has no comments (http://ca3.php.net/manual/en/memcache.close.php) and the bottom navigation bar is not displayed. The page for Memcache::connect (http://ca3.php.net/manual/en/memcache.connect.php) has comments and the bottom navigation bar is displayed.
