Description: ------------ On Mac OSX both of these fail: Test strtolower() function [ext/standard/tests/strings/strtolower.phpt] Test strtoupper() function [ext/standard/tests/strings/strtoupper1.phpt] In both we test ASCII characters 0-255 and we fail somewhere after 127.
