I own a small web design company and I have a proposition for php.net. We are looking for alternate methods of attracting new clients. Your site could look and navigate much better if our designers were to create a new gui interface. I am willing to do this for free (our typical designs are 5-20K) in exchange for a icon on the home page that says "Site design by 1stOmni" This is a win-win for both of us, you get free design and we get potential new clients.
