New version of mysql. i ran configure as follows: ./configure --with-mysql -- with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs then after not having problems with that I went and typed 'make' i ran into this problem stub.lo: file not recognized: File truncated collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[1]: *** [libphp4.la] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/root/php-4.2.3' make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 I don't have a clue on how to fix this.
