Description: ------------ When sscanf function is disabled by disable_functions ini directive, it returns null without throwing an error as expected. At least a warning should be displayed. Instead what is expected, sscanf returns null without any warning or error. Expected result: ---------------- Sscanf should give a warning when disabled by disable_functions ini directive.
