From: Operating system: Debian Linux x64 PHP version: 5.3.3 Package: FPM related Bug Type: Bug Bug description:Opcode Cachers (APC, Xcache) don't respect worker pools
Description: ------------ When using either APC or Xcache with the FPM sapi, it seems to be impossible to configure - (de-)activate, set cache sizes, etc. - them on a "per worker-group" level. The cachers are either active or inactive on a global level - through apc.ini or xcache.ini in the "additional ini files dir" - and all worker pools share the same (one) memory-segment and configuration. In this case the benefit of the fpm sapi is gone, (well, reduced at least...) I'm using the Debian Packages from dotdeb.org. Expected result: ---------------- The fpm-sapi should be able to configure opcode caches on a worker-pool basis through php_value[]/php_flag's. -- Edit bug report at http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=52865&edit=1 -- Try a snapshot (PHP 5.2): http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=trysnapshot52 Try a snapshot (PHP 5.3): http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=trysnapshot53 Try a snapshot (trunk): http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=trysnapshottrunk Fixed in SVN: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=fixed Fixed in SVN and need be documented: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=needdocs Fixed in release: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=alreadyfixed Need backtrace: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=needtrace Need Reproduce Script: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=needscript Try newer version: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=oldversion Not developer issue: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=support Expected behavior: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=notwrong Not enough info: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=notenoughinfo Submitted twice: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=submittedtwice register_globals: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=globals PHP 4 support discontinued: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=php4 Daylight Savings: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=dst IIS Stability: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=isapi Install GNU Sed: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=gnused Floating point limitations: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=float No Zend Extensions: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=nozend MySQL Configuration Error: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52865&r=mysqlcfg
