From: Operating system: N/A PHP version: 5.3.3 Package: GD related Bug Type: Feature/Change Request Bug description:Access to gdImageSetClip()
Description: ------------ Since 2.0.12, libgd has supported a user-defined clipping rectangle using gdImageSetClip() and gdImageGetClip(). This clips all drawing operations to the specified area, and is a very useful capability. However, PHP does not expose these functions. Please consider adding a PHP function or functions to allow setting and getting the clipping boundaries. This could be two functions, imagesetclip($image, $x1, $y1, $x2, $y2) and imagegetclip($image), or a single function imageclip($image, [$x1, $y1, $x2, $y2]) which sets the clipping boundary if the arguments are provided, and returns the new or current boundary. -- Edit bug report at http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=52857&edit=1 -- Try a snapshot (PHP 5.2): http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=trysnapshot52 Try a snapshot (PHP 5.3): http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=trysnapshot53 Try a snapshot (trunk): http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=trysnapshottrunk Fixed in SVN: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=fixed Fixed in SVN and need be documented: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=needdocs Fixed in release: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=alreadyfixed Need backtrace: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=needtrace Need Reproduce Script: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=needscript Try newer version: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=oldversion Not developer issue: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=support Expected behavior: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=notwrong Not enough info: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=notenoughinfo Submitted twice: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=submittedtwice register_globals: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=globals PHP 4 support discontinued: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=php4 Daylight Savings: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=dst IIS Stability: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=isapi Install GNU Sed: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=gnused Floating point limitations: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=float No Zend Extensions: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=nozend MySQL Configuration Error: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=52857&r=mysqlcfg
