Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we
need a short but complete example script to be able to reproduce
this bug ourselves. 

A proper reproducing script starts with <?php and ends with ?>,
is max. 10-20 lines long and does not require any external 
resources such as databases, etc. If the script requires a 
database to demonstrate the issue, please make sure it creates 
all necessary tables, stored procedures etc.

Please avoid embedding huge scripts into the report.

I recompiled the server with apache 2.2 and noticed the newest version
5.2.11 that mine was 5.2.10 that everything was fine

as I upadated the apache
the tommorow of that day I notice some bug with some of my websites
it was so wondering for me that why not all of the websites are
damaged

the problem was that some sites with persian language and Utf-8
encoding would show only the following

but it was so wondering for me that why other sites like this that is
in persian language and use joomla like maroonhost.com has not been
affected
maybe some kind of plugin in that website that make the numbers also
persian has caused

anyway
this site would be working correctly on the php 4 and php 5.2.10 and
older
