Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely to be the same. Thank you for your interest in PHP. Problem still persist and behavior is well explained by peoples there so I will not repeat it here. I know you probably mark this ticket as bogus or duplicate and it realy is, but I don't know any other way how to reopen ticket of somebody else or how to notice you about another suspended ticket.
