That explains it. You propably wouldn't have any problems if you didn't

use threaded MPM. Try the more stable prefork MPM instead.

Yes. Both apache and php are compiled with debug.

Was that backtrace really produced with debug build? ie. with PHP build

using --enable-debug ??
