Bug description: PDO bindValue/execute enhancement
Description:

It would be swell if bindValue returned false when attempting to bind a
named parameter that does not exist. Failing that it would swell if execute
allowed more values than named parameters, only using the values for named
parameters that exist in the argument.
$s=$dbh->prepare('INSERT INTO foo VALUES(:bar)');
$s->bindValue(':fubar', 2); // == false
$s->execute(array(':bar'=>1, ':fubar'=>2));
