If this helps, if I do not install the Script Executable component, the install works. It appears this component is broken. The options I use are: Installing PHP to C:\Program Files\PHP Setting up Apache 2.2.x Module Apache Configuration Directory is C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\conf\ Chose to install ALL features The error message says "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contract your support personnel or package vendor."
