This bug has been fixed in CVS.

In case this was a PHP problem, snapshots of the sources are packaged
every three hours; this change will be in the next snapshot. You can
grab the snapshot at http://snaps.php.net/.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up soon at
http://www.php.net/manual/.

In case this was a PHP.net website problem, the change will show
up on the PHP.net site and on the mirror sites in short time.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP better.

I have checked all the other bug reports for this issue but they have
all been closed. I just downloaded the newest version
php4-win32-STABLE-200210101600.zip from snaps.php.net and it still
doesn't work.

I have tried this with NT4/IIS4 and XP/IIS5, both running in 'cgi'
mode.

The code I am using:

     $con = ftp_connect('192.168.3.18',21,30);
     $rc = ftp_login($con,'ftpclient','*');
     if ($con) {
       $rawlist = ftp_rawlist($con,'');
       $nlist = ftp_nlist($con,'');
       echo 'rawlist<br>';
       print_r($rawlist);
       echo 'nlist<br>';
       print_r($nlist);
       ftp_close($con);

Thanks.
