Operating system: Windows 2003 Server x64
PHP version: 5.2.5
PHP Bug Type: IIS related
Bug description: PHP has encountered an Access Violation at xxx

Description:
------------
error only appears when declaring a function, within main file or any
included files.

I've found solution for x86 systems, but none for x64 .

works fine if you do not declare a single function.
