PHP Bug Type: Feature/Change Request
Bug description: Domain Authenticated Machines no Username/password

Description:
------------
We currently use mssql_pconnect to connect to our server and we don't
supply a username/password because the machine iis is running on is domain
authenticated.

My problem is Pdo will not allow me to not enter a username and password.
And even if I put in blanks for username/password i still get permission
denied.

If you could make username/password optional that would be great!
