Did you search the bug database before submitting this report? Anyway, you propably have two or more different versions of GD in your system and as the GD does not have any working way to find out what the version of the library is and what it actually supports, you need to make sure you only have the one library and the correct header files for it in your system with which you wish to compile PHP with. Try removing every instance of libgd.* and gd.h in your system and reinstall the correct version.
