hmm, you recompiled it? HOW? and by the way, i have downloaded the NEW CHM, and it doesnt have this problem. Then I compiled myself the CHM and it does not show any problem in speed. The file was compiled on 25th of March 2002. When i swtich to any page, it takes about 30 seconds to load that page. I ran the manual on a Pentium 200 with 32MB of ram that has IE 6.0 installed.
