Subject: [PATCH] Fixed typo in SQL.

Orginal: ALTER FOREIGN TABLE myschema.distributors OPTIONS (ADD opt1 'value', SET opt2 'value2', DROP opt3 'value3');

Fixed: ALTER FOREIGN TABLE myschema.distributors OPTIONS (ADD opt1 'value', SET opt2 'value2', DROP opt3);

Drop options not get a value.
