I'm glad you find the software useful.
Thanks for attaching log files! They seem to indicate that you are using
pgfplots 1.5 and pgf 2.00 -- and it seems that this combination
produced a problem (I will look into it later). Perhaps I messed up the
compatibility layers...
I would expect that an upgrade of pgf to the most recent stable (which
is pgf 2.10) will fix the problem. Please let me know if that is NOT
feasible.
