Felix,
Sorry for the delay. Another issue came up with building SuperLU_DIST for this formulation that Sherry has to look at. We haven't forgotten you, Barry duplicate symbol '_FormFullA' in: CMakeFiles/superlu_dist.dir/sreadhb.c.o CMakeFiles/superlu_dist.dir/dreadhb.c.o ld: 1 duplicate symbol for architecture x86_64 clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation) gmake[2]: *** [SRC/CMakeFiles/superlu_dist.dir/build.make:2072: SRC/libsuperlu_dist.6.2.0.dylib] Error 1 gmake[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/Makefile2:930: SRC/CMakeFiles/superlu_dist.dir/all] Error 2 gmake: *** [Makefile:164: all] Error 2 > On Jul 27, 2020, at 2:10 PM, f...@rzg.mpg.de wrote: > > Hi Shery, > Yes, ideally we would like to compile PETSc in single precision and simply > run a single precision version of SUPERLU_DIST just like e.g. MUMPS. > > Best regards and thanks, > Felix > Zitat von "Xiaoye S.
