I've coded mostly on *nix machines, so hadn't run into this one before.

On Windows 7, when invoking code that uses Template (for the first time), 
when ttree tries to create his .ttreerc file the OS will not let him do 
so. I tried 
creating an empty file of that name, thinking that Template could then 
populate it, but discovered the OS wouldn't allow me to do so, either. 
Pretty inhospitable, if you ask me.

At any rate, how do I get through this one?
