Looks like 0.88 should be sufficient for 2.14 needed in EL9.  I can understand
your sentiment, but it's going to be a while before EL10 is going to be ready
for broad use and EL9 is going to be around and useful for a long time.  Looks
like we can support it, so I think we should.

I would encourage you to file a buildroot override - click the + next to the
build in the build tab of the update.  It's pretty easy and will speed things
up a lot.
