I've requested texlive-biblatex to be build for EPEL9 and am starting to work
on requesting the dep chain:
texlive-biblatex -> biber -> perl-Business-ISMN -> perl-Tie-Cycle
It would also be nice to get EPEL10 ready as well.
If you do not wish to maintain perl-Tie-Cycle and perl-Business-ISMN in epel,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS orion);
please add me through
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/perl-Business-ISMN/adduser and
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/perl-Tie-Cycle/adduser
