You just create an experiment chain using the box in the center of the launcher. You can set the default chain, which will then load when the launcher loads. In the new 2.0 version (download from http://sf.net/pr ojects/pebl ), you can also use this to create a custom chain launcher separate from the main launcher. I think the video overview of the launcher shows how to do this.
