Thanks for reporting this. I think this happens when a participant has
0/100 hit rate or false alarm rate, and so there is a failure in
computing some SDT statistics.  All of the trial-by-trial data should
be available so you can compute whatever stats you need.

Do you have the stdout.txt and stderr.txt in pcpt\ folder from the last
time this happened?   If so, send to me and I can confirm if this is
what happened. Or, if you send me an example data file when it happened
that would be helpful.

I'll look into this and try to have a fix available in upcoming 2.0
branch.
